All orders are shipped from Green Pet Shop located in Illinois. We try to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday.

Shipping Methods / Options — Domestic (USA)

We utilize USPS as our preferred carrier and send packages via USPS which typically requires 3-5 days for delivery (varies based on location). If you're unable to receive packages from USPS, please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.

For consumers, we currently offer $5.99 flat rate shipping via USPS on all orders. Plus, we offer free shipping on orders of 2 pens or more! The free shipping option will automatically display for qualifying orders at checkout. 

For wholesalers, shipping costs vary based on weight and distance. To determine your shipping charges, simply add items to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields to estimate shipping and tax, then navigate to the "Shipping Method" screen at checkout.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

  • DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Please email us or call us at 1-800-707-9819 TOLL FREE in case of damaged or lost shipments.

Occasionally, some products will be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship those items as soon as they arrive or notify you if the wait will be longer than one week.
